Saei Company provides Saei VPN to authorized clients who need secure access to Saei Company services. This policy explains the information processed when a user operates Saei VPN.

Information processed

• Account credentials. The username and password entered by the user are sent to the Saei VPN authentication server to verify access. The app does not store the password on the device.
• Technical connection information. Connection time, source IP address, data-transfer totals, VPN status, and error information may be processed to operate, secure, maintain, and troubleshoot the service.
• Device enrollment identifier. The app generates a random identifier, stores it in the iPhone Keychain, and sends it to the Saei VPN server to enforce the account's device limit and issue a device-specific certificate. It is not an advertising identifier and is not used for tracking.
• Network traffic. While the VPN is connected, network traffic passes through Saei VPN infrastructure to provide the requested secure connection.

Purposes of processing

Saei Company processes this information only to authenticate authorized users, establish and maintain the VPN tunnel, protect the security and integrity of the service, diagnose connection problems, and provide customer support.

Data practices

Saei Company does not sell VPN data. Saei Company does not use VPN data for advertising, marketing profiling, or behavioral tracking. Saei Company does not disclose VPN activity or credentials to third parties. Technical data is kept only as long as operationally necessary for security, service maintenance, and support, and is protected with reasonable administrative and technical safeguards.

User choice

Use of Saei VPN is optional. The app displays a data-use disclosure before the user can enter credentials or start a VPN connection. A user who does not agree can decline and refrain from using the service.

Children

Saei VPN is a business service for authorized clients and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

Saei Company may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes will be disclosed before continued use where required.
