Saei VPN Privacy Policy

1. Who this policy applies to

Saei VPN is intended for authorized clients of Saei Company. The app is not offered as a general consumer VPN service and is not available for public sign-up.

Users do not create their own accounts in the app. Account credentials are issued to authorized clients directly by Saei Company, and those credentials are used to sign in to the service.

2. Information we process

To operate the service, Saei VPN may process the following information:

• Account identifier — the username or identifier issued to you by Saei Company.
• Authentication information — the credentials and related data used to verify that a connection request comes from an authorized client.
• IP address — the network address used to establish and route your connection.
• Connection date and time — when a session starts and ends.
• Connection duration — how long a session lasts.
• Selected VPN server — the server or location you choose to connect through.
• Technical diagnostic information — limited technical details such as connection errors, app version, and device operating system version, used to identify and resolve problems.

This information is processed only as necessary to provide and protect the service.

3. How we use information

Saei Company uses the information described above to:

• authenticate users and confirm that access is authorized;
• establish, maintain, and deliver the VPN connection;
• maintain the security and integrity of the service;
• detect and prevent misuse, abuse, and unauthorized access; and
• diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems.

4. What we do not do

• Saei Company does not sell personal information.
• Saei Company does not use personal information for advertising or cross-app tracking.
• Saei Company does not monitor, analyze, or sell the content of your VPN traffic, including the websites you visit or the data you send and receive through the connection.

5. How information is shared

Information may be disclosed only in the following limited circumstances:

• Infrastructure providers. To the hosting, network, and infrastructure providers necessary to operate the service.
• Legal requirements. When required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or an enforceable governmental request.
• Protection of people and the service. When reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, and property of our users, Saei Company, and the service itself.

6. How long we keep information

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, it is deleted or anonymized where appropriate.

7. Your choices and requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information by emailing info@saeicompany.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Some records may be retained where retention is required by law or is necessary for security, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

8. Security

Saei Company uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect the information it processes. However, no system or method of transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children’s privacy

Saei VPN is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact info@saeicompany.com so we can address it.

10. California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you may request access to the personal information Saei Company holds about you, request that inaccurate information be corrected, and request that your personal information be deleted. Requests can be submitted by emailing info@saeicompany.com, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Saei Company does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. As noted above, some records may be retained where retention is permitted or required by law.

11. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. When it changes, the effective date at the top of this page will be revised, and that date identifies the latest version of the policy.
